Beautiful property with very nice owners. Was disappointed that I had booked a specific room with king bed and was given a different one with a normal double. Also absolutely no breakfast provided. I had paid for just the room but wrongly had assumed that we would be able to pay for breakfast but there was nothing. Really should specify that they are not doing breakfast when it is clearly a B&B according to their sign and previous reviews. The TV in the room is very small and has bad buffering problems. Handy for the town though. An easy 10 minute walk

Owners were friendly and welcoming. Room was spacious well decorated and cosy with interesting artwork. Bed linen and towels were clean and good quality. Shower cubicle is fairly small which wasn't a problem for us but I thought it worth mentioning. Parking is on street which is not busy. A permit is supplied by the owner. It is just a 5-10 minute flat walk into the town centre. We stayed for 1 night and didn't choose to have breakfast so cannot comment on that. We enjoyed our short visit and would stay here again.

Wynnstay House was a very pleasant stay in Harrogate, we were going to a couple of events in the local area and the location was terrific and our room was clean, was a decent size and very comfortable. Kamila was a very friendly host and was helpful when we required anything.

My wife tends towards OCD and even she found this property spotless. I’m an architect and built my own home and I found the workmanship in the home excellent. The couple who hosted us were delightful and the service and breakfast were great. We only had a short walk to a delightful pub to make our stay first rate.

Gorgeous guest house

We absolutely loved the guest house and our room. Wonderfully decorated with a mix of modern and old. Our room was really spacious and the bed was really comfortable. We appreciated having a fan in the heat. Well stocked tea/coffee making facilities. Also a fab location and with parking. A few minutes walk from town, but a quiet road. Highly recommend!
