The staff was not particularly friendly. We went out to get coffee. A half hour after breakfast was advertise to begin, and there was nothing, not that it had all been consumed, it just hadn’t been put out. One other guest politely asked about the coffee and the employee snapped back “I’m just one person can’t you see how much I have to do?” Another thing we didn’t particularly like is that the property was HEAVILY sent with a very sweet air freshener. Of course some air freshener is fine, but this was ALOT

The personnel were terrific. The hotel has a few glitches (breakfast equipment and elevator button), but overall the hotel was great. The temperature was a bit warm for my liking and turning the temperature down in the hallways and breakfast room would be an eco-friendly move.

The manager, Thomas was a joy. The room was spotless. Everything was thought out exceptionally well, even the Granny Smith apples in a glass bowl at the checkout desk. We ended up spending an additional night, just because of how comfortable it was.

My review of Home2 Suites never changes. All facilities and staff are outstanding. The only, and I mean ONLY, rating which is not perfection concerns the breakfast meal selection which is relatively limited. Certainly not outstanding, but does an outstanding continental breakfast in the non B&B lodging industry even exist? I think not.
