Got to the hotel there was no hot water, no phone call or email to even warn us of such so we could change our stay. Found a used Band-Aid in my bed. Absolutely disgusted would never recommend this place to anybody.

The room had no supplies - a tiny tube of shampoo and a micro bar of soap - no dishes, cups, or any type of utensils - the towels were kid sizes - the tub wouldn’t drain so it filled with water while showering - the bed squeaked with every movement - the front desk personnel was not available - I had to wait until she came from outside to assist in the room because the tv was not working - she brought an additional remote (the tv needed 2 remotes and still couldn’t lower the volume) she wreaked of cigarette - I can’t believe I spent $145 on this room! I should be refunded since we couldn’t sleep with all the noise and when I went to check out there was no one at the front desk again!

Very new, spacious, and well appointed room. All very clean and great set up for especially a longer stay, with full fridge, microwave, cooktop, desk, and lots of room. Check in was easy and staff has been very friendly and helpful.

The hotel was ok for our one night in VA. It was simple and clean. No bells or whistles. The air conditioner was a wall unit and it was extremely loud. Neighbors were also extremely loud, talking very early on Sunday in the hallways. When we arrived, the front desk clerks were outside. When we went out and came back around 6:30pm on Saturday, no one was at the front desk to ask for cups. When my husband went down to ask for cups and find out where ice was located a few minutes later, no one was at the desk. He searched the food area and found cups on his own and found the ice machine.

Checked into this hotel. 10/31 woke up 11/1 to ice-cold water. Called the front desk. The front desk agent explains that they have run out of propane. Wait!!! What!!!?! He states that it will be resolved in an hr. Ok two hours pass and now still can't take a decent shower call again and they state that there's an issue with a propane pump. This was the worst hotel stay of my life. Charlie was excellent and tried his best to resolve the issue.

Room was clean and spacious and the kitchenette is a plus if you are staying a few days. Staff was great. 5 stars for the price on these. But, the beds were really lacking. They were similar to oversized roll away cots in terms of support or comfort.

THEY DO NOT CLEAN THE ROOMS/BATHROOMS!!! Other reviews must be bought because this hotel is disgusting. They even switched our room because we complained about it not being cleaned, and the second room was just as dirty. The bathtub had hair all over it. The toilet wasn’t wiped down. The bedding and pillows weren’t changed because there was hair throughout. You could tell it wasn’t wiped down anywhere because of all the hair and food particles. Both rooms were like this.
