This newly renovated home features an open large front yard with a long dirt-gravel mix driveway leading to your 5 star retreat. Upon your entrance to our covered front porch, you will find rocking chairs, gas grill and our beloved hot tub which provides an awesome view of sunrise with your cup of joe or subtle lighting for those hot tub nights.

Inside you will first be greeted by our beautiful entryway with plenty of storage for shoes, wallets, keys and bags. Our hope when creating this open floor plan is to create an atmosphere for all to gather no matter what you're enjoying.

Our kitchen is stocked enough to prepare any family meal and to better serve you, we provide a starter supply of coffee, tea, water, popcorn, waffle mix, and syrup, so you can relax and enjoy your first night without running to the store.

There are 3 bedrooms on the main level. A king room, queen room, and a twin trundle room. The twin room also offers a desk, pack and play, high chair, and other child safety items.

The main level bathroom offers 2 large vanities and a unique 6 in 1 shower panel featuring waterfall, rainfall, mist spray, body jets, tub spout, and a hand-held option. For guest convenience, we supply body wash, shampoo and conditioner.

Our main level back porch entry offers plenty of seating and storage for all gear.

The basement offers a private retreat with a king bedroom, bathroom and laundry.

We are rural, but there is Starlink WIFI for internet that is fast enough for video calls and streaming. Please keep in mind that speeds tend to vary. Usually, speeds run between 70 mbps to 220 mbps of download and 10-20 upload.

Our backyard features glorious hayfield sunsets, fire pit with outdoor seating and patio (seasonal cushions). We hope to add more outdoor features in 2024.
There's a private patio. A kitchen is outfitted with a refrigerator, an oven, and a stovetop. Complimentary wireless internet access keeps you connected, and a Smart television is provided for your entertainment. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. Conveniences include a desk and a microwave.
Enjoy recreation amenities such as a hot tub or take in the view from a garden.

Absolutely spectacular stay! The farmhouse was super clean, beautifully remodeled, and had that perfect cozy charm while still feeling fresh and modern. Beautiful home in a beautiful setting

Stayed for a week in April 2025 with my husband, brother, and sis-in-law while in town for my aunt's 80th birthday. The house was spotless and decorated beautifully. The great room is even bigger than it looks in pictures and gave us plenty of room to cook, eat, relax, and entertain. The downstairs bed and bath gave my brother and his wife added privacy. The kitchen was well stocked, enabling us to cook several wonderful meals. The farm views all around were beautiful, and we had fun watching the neighbor horses. Feels very remote and peaceful, but only minutes from all the amenities of town. Would definitely book again!

Great little house!

We stayed here during winter for an off road weekend. Very convenient location for us, only minutes from the off road park. House was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Host was quick to communicate. We would definitely stay again!

Amazing farmhouse getaway with style!

This property was perfect for our family getaway! So clean, spacious, and welcoming with a huge yard for the kids to play in! Country feels, yet close to town. Must see in person! No complaints and we will definitely be back. Highly recommend you wont be disappointed!

Wonderful, beautiful house with spacious open floor plan. All redone and super clean. Fully stocked kitchen and I do mean fully :) Tons of attention to detail, from kitchen utensils, bathroom make up towels, shampoos conditioners, everything you can think of is already there for you! The host is so easy and nice to work with. You can’t go wrong booking this house!! Hot tub was already heated and ready to go, it was clean and relaxing. And the horses are fun to watch :) We will definitely be staying here again :). Thank you for such an amazing stay :)

Amazing outdoor getaway

This place is great if you are looking to be close to a lot of biking, hiking, swimming, and camping. The farm house is beautiful and is fully stocked with appliances and amenities. It is a large property that feels like it's in the middle of nowhere and has a very serene and chill vibe, but is really only 1.5 miles from downtown where you can eat and buy groceries. It's a very chill area that is easy to bike around it because of minimal traffic. The beds were comfy, the showers were awesome and the hot tub was great. There was a nice fire pit area and games like axe throwing and volleyball. The yard is huge so you can play flag football or whatever. Lots of room for our dog to run around, too. The hosts were very responsive and friendly. Overall wonderful summer experience and I bet it's amazing in the winter,too!

perfect weekend retreat

The organization and details are phenomenal. Plenty of space for our niece and nephew to run around outside and play inside on the rainy day. Everything we could have asked for in a VRBO and more. My husband said it's the best rental we have ever stayed in.

Beautiful home

We and the kids really enjoyed this place. The home is very clean. Had a very open living space. Has all the dishes and utensils needed plus more! Enjoyed cooking for the fam in this beautiful kitchen. The couches were comfy and had for recliners. USB hook ups in all the rooms. Huge yard and fun outdoor sitting that would be more enjoyed during the summer time. The hot tub was a hit! Thanks for letting us stay😊
