Room was very $$$ for what it was. Plus room was not totally clean. Random hairs in blanket. Microwave area hasn’t been cleaned in awhile. Electrical outlets by beds didn’t work. Check in took too long for nobody being there.

Found cockroach on air conditioner, hair all over the bathtub, fridge didn't work/ice over, bedspreads stained (hopefully washed). The place was run like a Red Roof Inn or Super 8, but charging Holiday Inn prices. It may have turned me off from the brand for good, why risk running into an independantly owned hotel run like this if they aren't held to Holiday Inn standards. I'll stick to Hamptop I guess, terrible.

I like the fact that the hotel was located near the interstate. I did not like the fact that my room was located near the lobby and so I could hear people talking in the hallways and walking around while I am trying to sleep.

The checkin guy was one of the least welcoming hotel check-in people I've had. He was on the phone the whole time and barely interacted with me. He got the job done but it was not welcoming at all

Informed management about sluggish toilet.Came to check the first time but never showed up to look again when requested. Shower bar not properly fastened so shower curtain slides and prevents full coverage. Provided kcup coffee for Keurig,but no sugar,cream,or stirrers.

Dirty shower and bathroom. Had left over used cups from last person who stayed in the room before. The housekeeping staff pounded on the door 6-7 times at 9am until I got to the door. Check out was at 11. It pissed me and my partner off when we were trying to sleep in.

Everything was great from checkin to checkout. We only stayed one night but if we are ever in the area again we would most definitely stay here. The front desk manager was very accommodating which made the experience even better. An added perk was the shampoo, conditioner, soap and lotion were all Dove which was amazing we have never stayed anywhere that had Dove. 5 out of 5 stars. Overall great experience here.

Overall the hotel was good. The only disappointment was the pool. It was super cloudy. We didn’t feel comfortable letting the kids go in, they were bummed about that.
