Room was great! Breakfast was great! My only "complaint" would be the shower water pressure wasn't great, which would have bothered me if I was staying for an extended period of time.

The shower was falling apart & the walls cracked open & falling in to the shower. The lights over the shower were not proper. The bed is worn out & needs replaced. I have stayed here before a year ago & had no issues.

We had to check out at 12:10 am due to the noise. We were on the second floor and we could hear the party in the foyer and outside at the fire pit. We made the first complaint to the front desk at 11 as quiet hours at 10pm-6 am. She said she would talk to them. Now at 12 am I went down again and told her we would be checking out as I have a 5 year old trying to sleep. She proceeded to tell me she can not do a refund and that I was the first complaint. I told her that’s BS as my fiance was down here 30 mins ago. Even as we were walking out to drive 5 hours home with no sleep… the party was still going strong. The bartender was still serving alcohol. The receptionist did absolutely nothing to help control the matter

The check-in process itself was smooth, and the staff member at the desk was helpful. Unfortunately, the room experience was the complete opposite. When we got to our first room, the pullout couch was clean for the kids, but when we went to use the main bed, we found ketchup stains and a french fry between the sheets. This clearly showed the bedding had not been changed. We went downstairs, showed the front desk a photo, and were quickly moved to the room next door. Before settling in, I checked the bed in the second room, and found someone’s work ID inside the sheets. At that point, i was livid and tired. I requested a room on a different floor, assuming the same staff member had cleaned both rooms. We were moved again, this time to a smaller room than what we originally had so it was inconvenient for our family size, but at least the sheets appeared clean. I tried to file a formal complaint, but was told no manager works on weekends. I was promised a call from management on Monday, but no one ever reached out. Overall, the cleanliness issues were unacceptable and made it very difficult to feel comfortable for the rest of the stay. While the front desk staff was polite and responsive, the housekeeping concerns and lack of follow-up from management mean I cannot recommend this hotel.
