The shower door didn't close properly and when my daughter stepped out of the shower, there was about an inch of water on the floor. For the rest of us to shower, someone had to hold the door closed to minimize the amount of water on the floor. The light was out above the vanity. The guest towel bar was coming off the wall. Looked like poor maintenance at property. Disappointed as this is a Marriott property.

After staying here the previous week and having a bad experience, we hoped it was an isolated experience. We were wrong. After checkin, we went to the elevator. When the door opened, the housekeeper and her cart were in the elevator. She just looked at us and closed the elevator door. After settling in, we pulled back the bed cover to go to sleep and noticed stained, unclean sheets. Looked like some type of bodily fluid. Took photos. Ended up sleeping on top of the covers as we were grossed out. It was a handicapped room and noticed the holder was broken that holds the handicapped shower wand. That would make showering difficult for a handicapped person. Very disappointed, as this is a Marriott property.

This was my first time at the SpringHill Suites in Hershey PA and everything from checkin to the room, customer service, checkout tells me I'll be making a return visit. When checking out I told the desk clerk I wished I could stay for a couple more nights it was so nice.

Our room was broken into while we were at dinner. I had two rooms. My sister in laws room flooded when she took a shower and caused her to slip. She was able to catch herself before she fell. A live large bug was sitting on my curtain above my suitcase on a shelf they provide. I was very cautious when I got home unpacking my suitcase because I did not want to bring anything home with me.
