A total of 154 sqm of living space plus 65 m2 of terraces. There is also around 40 m2 of space around the house to store surfboards and bicycles. There is a parking space directly in front of the house.
With all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including barbecue, high chair, cot, WiFi on all levels and Smart TV included, this villa is located just a few kilometers from the main cultural and tourist attractions.
