The room, staff and amenities were great. The noise from guests however was horrendous!! Waiting on taxis outside to running in the hallways at 2am. Shrieking shouting screaming!

Bathroom smelt of smoke, room temperature controls did not work - it was too hot, room was not very big. Bar closed 1.5 hrs hours earlier than the published hours stated.
