Damp Smelly Room but appeared clean

Everything in the room smelled damp. The floor felt damp. The bed and couch felt damp. It was very weird. Smelled almost moldy. But it couldn’t be moldy because I’m allergic to mold and my eyes didn’t swell nor did I get stuffy. But the smell was so soggy. It will eventually become moldy if they don’t rectify what’s causing this. Room 322 is the room.
