Outside, a terrace offers views of the dunes. Vejlby Klit has a varied nature, ranging from the sea in the west, to the large, flat wetlands with migratory birds in the north and east and to Ferring Sø in the south, where the lighthouse Bovbjerg Fyr, placed in the semi-high cliffs, offers a breathtaking view at any time of the year. From here you can also see the fishing village of Harboøre, which has existed since the 16th century. In this village you may visit Flyvholm, a rescue centre for people in distress at sea. If you walk through the Haarum nature reserve, you will see many birds. You can also visit the Sea War Jutland Museum, Sneglehuset, Tyborøn Fortress and Jyllands Akvariet. Back at home, you can make yourself comfortable in the sauna, on the sofa or in a deckchair. Let your gaze wander over the dunes...
