The property needs a good cleaning. Staff did nothing when a guest came down to the breakfast bar with no shirt on. Very unsanitary. I was planning to stay longer, but checked out after that incident.

The hotel is run down but clean. The staff was cheerful, polite and helpful. The train track is a block away, running routes and sounding the whistle multiple times a night. They were doing maintenance in the lobby area…it was loud and their remodel/building crew were very loud and foul-mouthed. The f-word was abundantly and “creatively” woven into every sentence…usually 2-3 times. We won’t be back

Construction workers' trucks in parking lot brought much mud into the area and we're very loud early in the morning and late at night. Breakfast in the motel was cold, and tasteless. Our telephone in our room was broken and never fixed after we told the manager.
