Really friendly helpful staff. EV charging on site was so easy. So close to the pools and great views. Comfortable beds, quiet and clean. All in all an excellent experience. Would stay again.

Property was clean & well presented. Due to door frames being freshly painted, the paint fumes were overwhelming which meant we had to sleep with the door open at night, not ideal in Winter. Otherwise great accommodation, maybe room should have been left unavailable for a bit longer. Excellent to have towels available for hot pools.

Girls weekend

Close walking to all main activities. Room great but condensation both mornings on windows. Could hear quite a lot of noise from other units as we were on ground floor. Water pressure fantastic. Would definitely stay again

Lovely friendly reception and informative about the area with recommendations. Unit was spotless. Only suggestion would be for a blind on the front door and in the bathroom as the light wakes you up. However this would not deter us from staying again.

Great place to stay at Hanmer Springs. My wife enjoyed the pillows they supplied she bought one from them. They supply towels for the hot pools. I would highly recommend saying here when visiting Hanmer Springs
