The location was excellent, and the room and breakfast were both good. Unfortunately, the customer service offered by the daytime staff during my four-night stay was highly disappointing. Aside from the night front-desk, interactions with the daytime front-desk employees often felt as though the guests were an inconvenience, met with rudeness and no genuine acknowledgements. Management should either hire individuals with the right attributes and care for the job, or train them in customer service. Management setting a positive example might help, also. Thank you
