Just added to our list of premier boutique properties. Consider this fully renovated house your home away from home while you visit Hampton Beach. This charming property sleeps 8 nicely, boasts 3 bedrooms with an additional detached 1 bedroom bunk house that has heat and AC, 50” TV,Xbox, refrigerator and Murphy bed and cool vibe that you will love. The main house has all new amenities like radiant heat, AC, WiFi and all new appliances you will feel right at home. This home has been fully renovated and furnished with new beds and furniture and all appliances. The open concept layout of the home offers plenty of space to relax and enjoy your vacation at the beach. The kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, plenty of counter space and cabinets. It is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes, spices and a coffee maker. There is a bistro table that seats 6.The sun-porch is bright and inviting and includes seating for 6 a roomy couch that can be converted into a comfortable bed for 1. The porch also has games, 50”TV, heat and AC. In the main house there are three bedrooms with queen sized beds a full bathroom and a spacious living room that seats 6 with a couch with a chaise lounge. We provide all linens however we do not provide beach towels. There is a full-size washer and dryer conveniently available in the home for laundry. There is a 65'' flatscreen TV in the living room, an incredible sounding stereo, and comfortable sectional couch with chase lounge The 12’x10’ deck including a table with plenty of seating and shade. The backyard is a great place to spend your vacation days outdoors with family and friends perhaps enjoying a game of corn hole. The home is located on a quiet street with views to the marsh, where one may see breathtaking sunset views. The home is within a short walking distance to all of the activities that Hampton Beach has to offer; you can take the short walk to the sandy beach,boardwalk, restaurants, casinos, theaters, and shops in just minutes. Parking is available at the home for up to 4 cars. Please don't hesitate to ask for any special requests or long term rental deals. Family Gathering

The house was walking distance to shopping, casino, restaurants and beach. The bunk detached from the house has air conditioning and a tv, no bathroom though. There are 3 bdrms in the house with queen beds with fans only, no AC but the ACs in the kitchen and livingroom keeps the whole house cool. The enclosed front porch is a great option for entertainment. It has a slot machine, tv and games. They provided shampoo and conditioner, no bar soap and only one small roll of bath tissue. I'm sure if you ask they will bring it. The kitchen was stocked with cookware, plates and utensils. It was a beautiful beach house and roomy. We enjoyed our stay and the host was prompted with answering my questions and needs. 6/21-22/25

We had a lovely stay. The location is in a good spot with plenty of parking, close to the boardwalk and restaurants. The host responded quickly when we had questions about the booking or about our stay, which was a huge plus. Highly suggest this house for your next rental

Great location, short walk to the beach

Family vacation, very short walk to the beach and board walk. Plenty of room for a family to stay. Great back yard for a bbq and relaxing away from the crowds and noise.
