Located directly across the street from the beach and just steps to the sand to enjoy volleyball & surfing, walking distance to the boardwalk for food, live music, arcades, shopping, the casino & Wednesday night fireworks. This 2 bedroom unit offers a kitchen, dining area, living room with a queen pull out couch offering sleeping for up to 6 guests plus 2 car free parking. Ideal location!

Great place. We were just there to fish, so we didn’t spend much time there. It served our purposes. Overall would definitely do it again. Very clean and no issues.

The place is small, but it was cute and clean and comfortable. It gave us everything we needed as 2 friends visiting hampton beach for a couple nights. Sue was friendly and gave detailed instructions on how to find the place and check in which made the check in process very easy. It's a short walk to the beach and walking distance to the main part of the boardwalk too so we didn't have to worry about driving or parking anywhere during our stay. I would definitely consider this place for future visits! Thank you Sue!
