The stay was great and the service was amazing. All of the staff members were very friendly and offered excellent service. An employee name Mae was extremely helpful and rendered the most sincere, and genuine service. Home 2 Home Hilton has the best staff that my family has experienced. Thank you Mae and the Hammond Home 2 Home Hilton staff.

Great Stay in Hammond

It was my second stay there in a week. Jaylen was very nice during check in. Ms. Mae made sure breakfast was to everyone's liking. NaQuel (spelling?) Was friendly at checkout. Room was comfy and clean.

Great down the price

The staff was super friendly and helpful. We traveled for baseball and it was super close to the field and all restaurants. The room was clean and very spacious. Ac worked great.

Customer service has always been a little slow to respond the last two times I’ve been there. Front desk person on the phone but doesn’t even wave or acknowledge nonverbally that they’ll be with you when they’re done; they just act like you’re not there. It’s a little off putting. Other than that, great experience
