The hotel is very nice. It is clean, well priced, located nice for dining etc. Staff was helpful at check-in, wifi was strong. The only down side is they don't give a breakfast which is fine, but the dining options in hotel are minimal so we always ate breakfast and dinner out.

This hotel was very convenient for our visit to Boston. We took the train from the Montserrat station. We would definitely stay here again.

Room and hotel were great. The mattress was very firm. I’ma 70 sleep number and this was firmer than that. The coffee pod machines were not very functional on the 2nd and 1st floor but not the biggest deal. Would stay again for a Salem trip.

Great, clean hotel. Beautiful campus. Alittle far from Boston if you’re planning to go back and forth to your hotel during the day, but worked great for us.

Quiet location, nestled near Endicott College, very close to Beverly. My room is what I consider NYC small, ok for a solo traveler but tight for more than one. The hotel highlights access to the Atlantic Ocean, however, the unpaved, steep path also had such an enormous (15 feet by 10 feet) 6 inch deep puddle that it wasn’t passable so no way to see the ocean. Staff was very pleasant, adequate free parking, small restaurant on site for breakfast, lunch, and dinner.
