We always stay at the Laundry rooms while in Hamilton. This time we had an issue with the toilet. We called the emergency number and spoke with Amal. He was quick, responsive, and had an immediate solution. We love this hotel!

Well located, staff were communicative. Very spacious, nice high ceilings. Clean inside, although couches were stained, and the hallways outside needed cleaning. We found the beds too soft, although that may be personal preference. Overall, a decent choice.

Nice, modern apartment/suite in an up and coming neighborhood. Clean and comfortable with great food options nearby. Couple of small details could be fixed - for instance, there is an in-room Nespresso machine but the coffee mugs provided are too tall for the machine. The room could also use some tissue/kleenex - thought there were paper towels. All in all, a very nice place and we would stay at the Laundry Rooms again.

Mine was a full apartment with a kitchen and even a washing machine. There are no staff, so you enter using a key code. Everything was clean and functional.
