I had a market in London until 10pm and one at 10am in Hamilton on the 4th. We showed up almost at 1am and needed to sleep. This is the only reason why we stayed. I had to pay a $250 deposit and was told not to smoke to get it back. The first room we went to was disgusting stains all over the bedding AND BURN MARKS which I have photos of. We went downstairs immediately and asked for a different room or our money back even though we were exhausted. The next room slightly better but still stains on the bedding, no towels, no hotwater for the shower, we asked for some towels to be sent up and never did. It was such a weird experience for me and I honestly don't know how they run a business like that.

Hotel is unsafe and not as which one shown in pictures. It’s just cheating and ripping people off. Hotel took my 98 dollars even i told hotel management cancel my booking. And its looks like Expedia helping that hotel to repping people off.

Refrigerator doesn't work properly, light bulbs missing had to ask multiple time and still 2 are missing, no face clothes or face towels just bath towels , only 2 small pillows asked 3 dierwnt times for more pillows had to go but one instead , the price varies from 44 to 80 at any given time.

The area of the property is in the part of HAMILTON where there are the dangers of vehicle break ins. This particular property is used for HOMELESS PEOPLE who can make their monwy in order to stay. There are UNDESIRABLE PEOPLE who stay at this property, and it is used for those who can afford it, when the SHELTERS ARE FULL. For these reasons, I DID NOT CHECK IN...and the manager refused me a REFUND. The management is ***ALWAYS UNAVAILABLE ***.

Not a place for a family. My wife was worried about vagrants and druggies right next door. Staff were good but there is no amenities other than a dated room. Was clean.

It was not clean at all. On the bed there were many stains all on the bed sheet. Hairs and dirt on it. Very unhealthy.

No key for your room is availble so you need to ask the front Desk to open the door for you every time you want to go in and out. The main Hotel door was closed, no body was at the front Desk so you need to call a phone number that is at the door and wait outside for someone to let you come in.
