Good customer service

The first room we received had a bad odour in it but they were quick to move us when I asked.

I did not like the paper-thin walls. Our next-door "neighbours" kept opening and slamming their door multiple times throughout the night, all the way through the early morning. You could hear every little thing that was done. It was very difficult to get any sleep.

Great rates but they don’t change bed sheets ! 😳

The bed was comfortable until I notice all the hair in bed like they never change sheets so much hair I was getting hair in my mouth ! Other parts was clean ! Bearly and store around walking distance . Great price tho .

This situation was out of their control but high winds were occuring and another room had to of had a window open creating a suction out in the hallway and making sounds also creating door to shake and vibrate for hours, I mentioned it and said it was from another room but nothing was done

Dirty and infested

Check in was smooth and efficient, things when downhill from there. Walked in to a dirty room with a cockroach front and center which terrified and disgusted my wife. Told reception and they asked if we had a picture?!? Manager came up, witnessed the cockroach...took a picture, then took us to another room. Not as dirty but tired and poorly maintained. Room was incredibly noise from both guests and traffic. Between the noise, the lack of cleanliness and the wildlife... My Wife couldn't stay and drove home at 1am. Not perfect!

Requested certain things that was not delivered. Staff was nice but it was not worth the amount of money i paid to not have fridge or microwave the first niggt. Had to switxh roo s just to get a fridge. Bagels for breakfast but no toaster to use. Was just not what i expected.
