Brand new renovated the room was huge and brand new. It had a huge entrance, huge bathroom with a large standup shower. Two queen beds and pullout couch which we didn’t use. Beds and bedding were great! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars was because the huge 55” tv didn’t have any channels that worked. But there was YouTube and Netflix free to

Pleasant staff, clean room. Staff responded immediately when there was over a dozen people and kids in the hallway standing and sitting with the door open propped open running up and down yelling and having a party at 10pm. Marks for off for not seeing this on security cameras, could have been stopped way sooner.

When we arrived, we were greeted by Nishant, the desk manager. Check in was prompt, and seamless! When I asked, what time is breakfast served, Nishant said 6:30 am. I told him that we needed to wake at 5:30, and be out at 6:00 am. Nishant, said he “please give me a moment “. He packed muffins, yogurt, spoons and apples for us!!!! Would definitely stay in this hotel again!

All but one night the noise was terrible, kids running up and down the hallway playing hockey and then knocking on doors and running away, last night was a bunch of teen girls making a lot of noise. I can there to rest and relax but was not able to. I paid good money for my stay , this is unacceptable. Kids and families should be placed a floor away from others
