The hotel was very clean! The room was very spacious and very comfortable. The staff were very cordial and professional, when asked for help they were extremely quick!! The breakfast was good, had decent choices and always replenished!! The breakfast area was very comfortable and quite large with ample space I would highly recommend this hotel if staying in the Hamilton area

Pros - Our room was very clean and nice. They also gave us a room area that we requested. The bed, shower & TV were nice. I used my own pillow. The elevator was probably the best & quickest I have ever been in. The breakfast area was very big and nice. The bathroom was nice and the AC worked great. Cons - They didnt clean our room nor replace our dirty towels so that is enough for us to never stay there again. (Unless they only charge us half the rate for those days? When we can't even get clean towels and are paying way too much for a hotel room already, that is enough for us.) You can hear the city noise, especially sirens. There are street people sleeping right outside across the street. They ask if I want to park? Yes, it is in a parking garage underneath the hotel plus you have to pay for it even though you are staying there. The breakfast area was packed. We don't ask for much, just maybe make the bed & replace our towels. Making us reuse our towels multiple times was enough for us.

I didn't like all the sirens, but I also had to get a different room because I was a early check in. May have been different. I couldn't have my grandchildren stay because of the size difference. I came in from BC, just to visit them. Spent a large amount on Ubers because I had to pick them up every time we went somewhere

Disappointing Stay – Wouldn’t Recommend

We were really hoping for a smooth experience at the Hampton Inn in Hamilton, but unfortunately, several things went wrong. First off, the pillows were uncomfortable and didn’t fit a king bed properly—both of us left with sore necks. Housekeeping never came to clean or tidy the room, and we had to call down for fresh towels, which took 20 minutes to arrive. With a wedding to get to, I had no choice but to reuse a towel to shower. The parking garage also felt unsafe—people were hanging around and playing in there, which felt risky for our car. We had confirmed over the phone that parking was included, but ended up being charged extra at check-in, which was frustrating. Check-in itself was chaotic, with very little space and an awkward entrance setup. The included breakfast was also a letdown. We don’t eat pork and had specifically asked for turkey sausage, which staff said was available—but it never showed up. All in all, this wasn’t the relaxing or reliable stay we expected from a Hampton Inn. Disappointed and wouldn’t return.

Loved this hotel!

We arrived at 2:00 a.m. and were greeted by Harshpreet, who was very kind and helpful, even though we were tired and a bit crabby. The room was spacious and immaculate! The bed was extremely comfortable! We spent four nights and, because of the heatwave, were happy to have a place to come and hang out that didn’t feel like a small hotel room. The only small complaint I would have is that the couch was hard and not very comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!!
