Seamless check in experience, they checked us in early with ease and love. The room and the hotel in general are very clean. We were on the 9th floor with a great view of the lake, making it an unforgettable night. I highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed for a conference at the convention centre, 9 min walk away. Sadly there are many people on the street in distress. While we encountered no issues, going out at night felt too risky. Hotel was great, Hamilton downtown not so much.

The room was clean. The bed was comfy. Parking was secure under the building. Breakfast was awesome, lots of seating and selection. Very helpful staff. We will definitely stay here again.

The worst customer service from the front desk I have ever experienced. Rude, disrespectful and zero follow through with commitments to a large group. The parking is an absolute nightmare. Building access is difficult and check in is utter chaos outside on the one way street with only 4 spots outside.
