Overall a good time. Home is as advertised on the lake with access to water. Good deal for cost. Inside was clean but outside maybe needs to be hosed down a bit as the whole house had cobwebs and dead bugs on it. You will need to get your own firewood just 2 mins walk but that's ok. The barbecue ran out of propane so we did not barbecue the second night though I think there was another tank, though we did not feel comfortable changing it. There were lots of dead fish on the beach but this is not the owners fault or anything, I think pollution is causing lake Erie to warm and fish to die. Great
