This is the first time I stayed at this hotel It is relatively new, located very centrally in Hamburg. I liked the cleanliness, the breakfast and the room was good (A room with two single beds. The beds were on the small side and if you are taller then you might find them too short.) Most of the staff were friendly/helpful. I dined in the hotel 3 times because I needed to work. I would say the food was better than average, what I had was different and nice. However, on the first night I was told that there would be no food although I persuaded them to give me a Mysa Sandwich (good). On the second night I was told no food because there was a party on (when I complained I was told I could have the cold buffer at 35Euro) on the third night all was good. The time I went to dinner was 19:45 each night - so not really an extreme time.

Be cautious when crossing the street in front of the hotel where is no signal for pedestrian. Bed was not so comfortable. Transportation is very comfortable.

Great hotel in a good location

Excellent hotel near central station. Room was large and well appointed. Staff were friendly and efficient from reception, restaurant and housekeeping. Hotel is on a busy road but there is no traffic noise. It is very central and we walked to most of the sites we wanted to visit. U Bahn station is directly outside hotel entrance. Liked everything about this hotel.

What a wonderful hotel! The rooms were delightful, the staff were excellent, and the location was convenient. Although I’m not sure how long the hotel has been around, it felt quite new due to its cleanliness and upkeep. However, the evening restaurant experience was disappointing; we spent a significant amount on a nice meal, but it didn’t meet our expectations against the cost.

Hamburg Hotel

New hotel. Friendly staff. Room is spacious with a wonderful bed. Nespresso machine in room was nice. Breakfast is way over priced & not worth it, other options in walking distance.
