Great location and overall a nice hotel. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean. The towels appeared dirty, there was hair on the floors, and a liquid spill left a puddle on the floor. The room was also extremely hot, and the temperature could not be adjusted, which made it uncomfortable.

Great staff, who were always happy to help. Very clean and modern rooms. Fantastic location for exploring the city and 5 mins from Central Station. Breakfast is €26, which is on the pricey side, hence it loses a star.

The room was spotless, roomy, modern, and yet comfy. The bed and pillows were soft and great. The amenities were excellent (e.g. room service was great). The location is also perfect: one block from the lake, although it's also located on a quieter, off-beat street, and yet it's within a 5 minute walk of the city center, Christmas markets, boat tours, shopping, etc.
