The host had great communication. This house is brand new, super clean, and everything is in excellent condition. The beds and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best we’ve had at a rental. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need, from cleaning supplies to utensils, pots, and pans. We especially appreciated the new cookware, matching dishes, and matching silverware—it made cooking and dining very nice. The dining table seats six with a great bench that fits under the table, so the table can fit against the wall when not eating.The bathrooms were just as impressive, stocked with thoughful touches like toothbrushes, toothpaste, mouthwash, Dixie cups, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. It truly felt like a home away from home.The location was perfect—just 10 miles (about 20 minutes) from Columbia—close enough to enjoy all the activities there, but far enough to relax and unwind away from the hustle and bustle.We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would definitely stay here again!

We were in town to visit our daughter at Mizzou and were extremely pleased with The Augustus House. We would stay there for every visit if it is available. It was an easy, 20 minute drive to campus and it was nice to get out of the chaos. The house is incredibly clean and spacious. We felt like we were staying with a good friend because of how hospitable and welcoming the home felt. We were even able to cook there on Saturday night and eat dinner at the table as a family. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Wonderful townhome.

Booked this property while in town for a University of Missouri football game. Short drive to campus. Clean home. New build. Excellent amenities. Very quiet neighborhood. 5 stars. Would recommend!
