The shower was filthy and poorly cleaned - soap scum months old . No available parking onsite as well - found that out after checking in cost twice the amount to park next door. Would not recommend this hotel

Hey there, we used Expedia to book the room, was supposed to be a harbour view room and it was not. The curtains were also ripped in various spots in the room. This was disappointing as we usually do enjoy our stays with the Hampton. Service, breakfast was good.

Great staff, always helpful and friendly. Loved the halloween pumpkin contest. Our room only had two towels to begin with and they only bring housekeeping every two days so I felt like I was constantly asking for fresh towels. Guest laundry has a dryer that screeches and I was worried my clothes might catch fire. Overall great experience, my room was huge and had a lovely view. I expect I will be back.
