Overall our 2-night stay was good. Room was clean, spacious, dual window views, amazing bathroom and shower, etc. Breakfast the first morning was good, day two was terrible. No where to sit, not enough staff attending the amount of people in the dining area, long wait time for buffet items to be replenished, no cutlery (had to eat with a spoon), no coffee, etc. In short BAD. Where this hotel also falls short is the front desk service. Certain staff were abrupt and arrogant. It is also not explained upon check-in that rooms are only serviced every second day. We came back to our room the first day after being out and about to a room with not towels, no made bed, no garbage cans emptied, no coffee, etc. So, would I stay here again? Yes. Will I be more aware to ask certain questions upon arrival? Also yes.
