This is a great hotel right opposite the ferry landing in Melbu. Wonderful and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable bedroom, with blackout curtains, kettle, and good ensuite bathroom. Great buffet breakfast. Good hiking on the doorstep and a great base to travel further afield.

Huone oli siisti, hieman ehkä vanhanaikainen ja nuhjuinen (olimme halvimmassa huoneessa). Palveli kuitenkin hyvin omaa lomamatkaamme. Vastaanoton sai hyvin kiinni hotellin sivujen kautta! Aamupala aika suppea, mutta kyllä sillä mahansa täytti.

Der Service und die Freundlichkeit des Personals sind wirklich super gewesen. Das Hotel bietet sich als Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, jedoch m.E. nicht als Unterkunft für einen dauerhaften Verbleib auf der Insel an. Hierfür würden wir das nächste Mal Stokmarknes empfehlen. Perfekt ist für reine Übernachtungsgäste die Lage zum Fährableger (ca. 100 m).

Das personal ist wirklich sehr freundlich. Selten so nette Hotelmitarbeiter getroffen. Auch am Frühstücks Buffet war alles tippi, toppi. Man wurde persönlich begrüßt, sofort einen kaffee angeboten bekommen und auch hier alle nett, keiner genervt oder so. Sehr angenehmes klima. Das frühstücksangebot war auch klasse. Es gab zum ersten mal lachs im Angebot. Hatten wir bis jetzt noch in keinem Hotel. Alles lecker und frisch. Das omlett war auch mega köstlich. Die umgebung ist ein wenig "industriell" und auf den ersten blick unbehaglich, aber das ist unbegründet. Die zimmer sind funktional eingerichtet, in den betten haben wir gut geschlafen. Die nähe zum Fähranleger ist nich zu unterschätzen ;)
