Hederslev cottage
The property, once we were finally given access was everything we hoped it would be. Communication with Novasol previous to arriving was great. Once we finally arrived, however, even though it was a little later (8pm) we had to drive 10km to get our linens. They should just be at the property when you arrive. They were left outside a building in town with no one around. The key was in such a great hiding spot that when I finally found a number to call, they told us where to look. We tried and tried to get it open. To no avail. Called back, “oh the owner probably has their own key box, look for another.” Not ideal at all upon arrival. Maybe it’s because we’re from across the pond and do things differently there, but it was definitely an unfavorable start. Once we had access however, the building and facilities were great.
