12월31일 연말이라 가족들과 해돋이 보려고 예약했는데 저녁에펜션에 도착하니 예약건이없다고하네요. 익스피디아 예약번호와 예약건은 살아있는데 펜션에서는 익스피디아하고 거래한적없다네요. 연말 가족들과 즐겁게보낼려고 예약했는데 방구한다고 고생고생하고 엉망되었네요. 돌아와서 익스피디아에 연락하니 지금까지 답변온게 펜션측에 연락이 안된다고 환불 처리해주겠다네요. 이게뭐냐고 항의하니 다른 숙소 결재건에서 차액정도는 보상해줄수 있다고하네요. 저희가족이 고생한거 보상받고싶은데 따지기 귀찮아서 그냥 넘어갑니다. 다른분들 혹시 이펜션 익스피디아로 예약하면 꼭 미리 펜션쪽에 확인하세요. 바우처에 확인안해도된다고 나오지만 믿었다간 본인만 고생합니다.
