Good place to stay for couple of days

It is a good place to stay, clean, right size rooms, and friendly staff. However, food needs to improve as there was very limited choice for people staying more than couple of nights. I wanted to check out earlier than 8 nights but did not get the right support from Hotels.Com customer care service which forced me to stay an extra night and pay commission fees for one night I did not stay. I would have appreciated more flexibility here. The immediate locality does not have shops and markets which is a challenge for anything basic and urgent. The staff are not always available which could be a risk in emergencies. However, our stay in the hotel overall was good.

Good hotel with all the amenities required by a guest.Very neat & clean rooms, Excellent service, strong wi-fi, Tasty food, Good house keeping and very friendly staff.

When we arrived at Bawa Residency, we were told that all rooms are full and then, we were moved to another hotel. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. How can rooms be full when we have confirmed reservation.
