Very comfortable, All the neighbors were friendly, close to activities like Arnold Park and the Iowa rock 'n' roll Museum, and the roof garden. I would highly recommend this cozy house. Jackie was very responsive to messages and calls. Thank you very much for a great stay.

Everything was great during our last-minute stay. The woman at the front desk was very pleasant to work with, our room was great, the hotel was quiet, the pool area was nice (the sauna was an unexpected extra), and there was a great selection at breakfast. We would definitely stay again.

Location close to the lake, awesome updated property with all the amenities, comfortable beds, lots of space to spread out. Would highly recommend.
