The Duney Bin is a beautiful four-bedroom, four-bath home located directly across the street from the beach. Public beach access is within walking distance - just 100 feet away - with a pedestrian crosswalk, light, and restroom. The Hangout is only 1.5 miles away. Situated in Pelican Place Cottages, a quiet community in the heart of Gulf Shores, this home shares access to an outdoor (unheated) pool.



Unit Features:



• Balcony access is from the living room and the primary bedroom



• Vinyl wood plank flooring is throughout the home



• Fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for a home-away-from-home; dining table seats eight and there are four barstools for additional seating



• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the home



• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed



• Second bedroom has a king-size bed



• Third bedroom features a queen-over-queen bunk bed (*Children six years or younger should not use the top bunk)



• Fourth bedroom also has a queen-over-queen bunk bed (*Children six years or younger should not use the top bunk)



• Shared bathroom between bedrooms three and four



• Gas BBQ grill available for guest use; guests must provide their own propane (standard size)
