Not a far walk from the beach and overall great place for a family. There were undeveloped spots in the concrete and a light was needed at the top of the stairs where there was a step. Communication was very slow through Hosteeva. We did not have a parking pass but it wasn’t an issue. I also haven’t received a confirmation of check out and am just watching my account to make sure I’m not charged an extra day. Wish our condo owners had ground level storage to avoid toting supplies up 2 flights of stairs. Also, not disclosed but this property, as most in Gulf Shores, are not wheelchair accessible or for those with walking issues. I plan on returning with my family. Having the bay view with a fishing and grilling area and quick walk to the beach was ideal!
