Welcome to My Cousin Vinny’s, a spacious and beautifully designed five bedroom, four and a half bathroom beach house that comfortably sleeps up to fifteen guests. With three main living levels and a fourth-floor crow’s nest, this home offers plenty of space to spread out while enjoying upscale comforts and thoughtful amenities, while only being a few minutes' walk to the white sandy beaches.

The inviting living room features ample seating, a flat screen TV, a cozy fireplace, and direct access to a private balcony, making it the perfect gathering space for family and friends. Stairs from the living area lead up to the crow’s nest, a light-filled retreat featuring a twin daybed, ideal for relaxing or enjoying quiet time. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for entertaining and includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a large dining table for shared meals and celebrations.

On the first floor, the first bedroom features a king bed and a flat-screen TV. The second bedroom also features a king bed and shares a Jack and Jill bathroom with the third bedroom, a bunk room that includes a twin over twin bunk, a twin over full bunk, and a twin trundle. This bathroom features a walk-in shower, creating a convenient and flexible sleeping arrangement for families and groups.

The second floor features two primary suites, both with king beds and access to a screened-in balcony. The first primary suite includes an ensuite bathroom with a dual sink vanity, a walk-in shower, and a jacuzzi tub. The second primary suite offers an ensuite bathroom with a shower and tub combination, providing a comfortable and private retreat for guests. The crow’s nest on the top level is filled with natural light and features a twin daybed, creating a fun and relaxing escape.

Step outside and unwind in your backyard oasis, complete with a private pool, relaxing hot tub, and your very own putting green. For added comfort, pool heating is available upon request for an additional $70. Both the balconies and patio offer plenty of seating, and the patio includes an outdoor kitchen with a grilling area, making it perfect for outdoor dining and entertaining. Additional conveniences include an interior elevator and an electric car charging port.

This unit is dog-friendly! A non-refundable pet fee of $150 applies for guests bringing a dog. Please notify our office in advance if you plan to bring one. This unit allows a maximum of two dogs. Most beaches in the area do not allow dogs, but there is a dog-friendly beach down Fort Morgan.
