Every staff personnel was kind and friendly. The hotel was booked to capacity and very busy. We reported a leak in the room through A/C unit the night it rained but other than that it was clean and comfortable. The hotel just needs some attention.

Staff was courteous, overall condition of room was fine. Had to change rooms due to electric blinds not working. The window was wide open facing the parking lot. This took over 4 hours to accomplish. Maintenance was supposed to come repair the blinds, they never showed up. Initially told there were no more rooms to move to then 15 minutes later after the four hours wait and a final call to the front desk a room was found.

Yes, the staff was friendly and courteous. The shower left the floor wet. The room was very quiet. Breakfast was good but could have been hotter. (Or at least have a microwave available to heat things up.)

The first room the TV did not work so we had to switch rooms. No maintenance person available to fix the TV. The first room was a handicapped room which is what we requested, the second was not. But we managed.
