🧳 We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
🐶 PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
🦮 Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
🔹 According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities."
🔹"Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
🚮 Trash can be taking down stairs to the dumpster provided on the property.
🚫 NO parties/events. NO smoking/vaping allowed - this includes inside the unit and outside on the balcony.
🆔 GULF TOWER AMENITIES KEY FOB will be left on the front entryway table to access property amenities (pool, fitness center, and club room) and the beach access.
🔹 Please note that if the key fob is lost or not returned to the front table after check-out a $75 replacement fee will be deducted from your security deposit.
🚗 Parking Pass is $40.00/vehicle/stay (1 pass included in cleaning fee)
🔹 Parking is on a first come first serve basis. Maximum of one (1) vehicle only.
🔹 A parking pass will be in your unit upon arrival, please ensure all fields are completed.
🔹 You will need to fill in your tag # and state.
🔹 You may park in any available parking space in the open lot, covered parking is reserved for owners only.
🔹 Vehicle Pass Rates are determined by the HOA and are subject to change at any time without notice.
👮 Security is very strict; please ensure that your pass is completely filled out and on the dashboard of your vehicle immediately. - Your vehicle will be towed without a parking pass visible
