September 5 to January 5 the elevator and central stairwell will be shut down, The pool will be accessible through the front gate.

Spacious condo located directly across from the beach. One bedroom with a queen bed, one set of bunkbeds in common area and a sofa sleeper, one bath ultra clean!! Guests can kick back and enjoy unobstructed views of the Gulf from private balconies without ever leaving your Condo.

We enjoy Gulf-front outdoor pool for swimming or sunbathing as well as a hot tub to soak your tired muscles after a day of sight seeing. There is also a grilling area for guests to use and enjoy.

We are conveniently located within walking distance of shopping, dining, and amusement parks.
Anglers will certainly want to take advantage of the fact that we are located within walking distance of the State Park fishing pier, where you can try your hand at catching dinner.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned condo, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.

Easy booking and great communication with owner. Clean as advertised. Convenient access to ocean and wonderful balcony view of ocean and fireworks on the pier.
