The beach was the best part, although you have to cross a street and go between buildings to get there. The staff was extremely nice. The rooms are gross. I would'nt suggest looking under the bed. Overall, for the price, you get what you pay for.

The location to beach was good and to different restaurants. But it needed updating badly, the guest next door was fussing and kept knocking on our door. Then quiet time is between 10pm and 7am, I’m assuming the guest next to us didn’t know because they had a party!!!! Question would be, will I stay there again, answer is NO!

The staff were friendly and helpful. Disappointed to find out they no longer serve continental breakfast. And that the drink and ice cream bar closes for after the summer season. Our room was very clean. The only thing to point out negatively. Was there wasn’t a fan in the restroom. And the shower curtain is in need of replacing. All in all we enjoyed our stay. And would love to make a return visit.

The hotel was old, so you could see the age on it. Our room was nice, but did have a few issues. Main issue I had was the window. The window was at the walkway that everyone walked by. I was unable to close the curtains so people could look into our room. We have to figure out something to put over the window. There were no phone in the room, so you could not call the desk. The next morning I went down and reported it to the clerk. I was never fixed. The hotel advertised a bar and restaurant, both were closed.

Couldn’t get our doors to open with key. No towels in pool area. Not very well lit coming back at night. No food or bar on property. Had to ask for more shampoo and toilet paper.

This is not one of the newer motels but it is a good one. I love that it’s immediately across the street from the beach. The breakfast is good and having a place to get ice cream on premises is an added benefit.

Great Location with amazing price.

Best deal right at the beach. It’s not super fancy but it was really clean. The tv needed to be replaced due to double picture a the door handle/lock to the room was coming off the door but it could still be locked from the inside. I did tell the front d ask and she said it would get attention asap. My family will def be staying again in the near future.

Nothing wrong with the hotel just typical hotel for the price. Room was clean for most part nothing special. Location is great with beach access across the street and near everything! Wish the daiquiri bar would have been open. Would stay again when vacationing on a budget

When we arrived at the hotel, no staff was available. An away sign was up. After a good bit of time passed, we put our luggage back in the car and walked to the beach. You cannot see the beach due to condo buildings, but it is directly across the street. That and the easy parking are the only reasons I might stay here again. We returned to find the nice desk clerk looking very ill. Someone should have relieved her. We did not see another staff person anywhere that evening. We entered our room to find the TV blaring and bathroom fan on. It felt like someone had been hanging out there. The furniture was a bit past its prime. The size of the refrigerator was great for a beach stay, but the light flickered inside. There was a large hole at the base of the sink area. Maybe it was an unfinished plumbing repair. The shower walls had someone’s long hair on all of the walls. Was the tub clean? I hope so. The water temperature and pressure were fine. The trash can had some sort of dried substance down the side. Gross. The bottom bed sheet was inside out. Had it been changed or just flipped?! The bed was comfortable. There were no washcloths. The next day we asked for some and were told that the desk didn’t have any. We were only there for the night so we just stayed. This place is retro. It is basic, which is fine for a stay where you’ll be at the beach all day. I’m not sure if it is on the way to being upgraded or just run down, but it has potential and needs help.
