Horrible place

Coffee pot and fridge did not work.. the website said breakfast served but they were closed and didn’t serve. People yelling outside of door all night. Would not recommended or go back

The front disc cork was very nice. The hotel needed updating the TV was ready to go out the ice machine on my floor. He said they was working on it. Never came back in 7 days. A very poor experience

Staff very friendly and displayed great customer service. Only problem were the 6-7 young adults in room 409 being rude and obnoxious for last 2 days of our trip. Offering beer to 16 year old girls while trying to coax them to party in their room with them. Had to be asked more than once to turn music or tv down late night. Front desk worker spoke with them multiple times. Nice pool on third floor.

Great stay

We had a great stay for a little family vacation while on a budget. It is a quick walk across the street to the beach. It seems to be an older hotel but the value in location is great. The a/c in our room was very cold and nice. The tv was a little difficult to figure out. Maybe a sheet in the room with instructions would help especially for those not technologically familiar. Overall is was a good stay on a budget and would stay again.

It took drying a normal load of clothes 3 dry cycles. Laundry facilities need updated, 4th floor ice machine was broken. Full overflowing dumpster with several bags of trash around the property

Returners will return!

I’ve stayed here three times now and it’s always been clean and well maintained. I enjoy the easy access to the beach just by crossing the street. I will say they take their cleanliness above and beyond. Multiple times I passed different rooms being cleaned and beds were moved and floors were being swept, mopped and headboards wiped down. Made me feel very good about my choice to stay there!

Did not have coffee friday morning and no type of food any morning. The room was good except for blind not working and sink didnt always drain well. Liked the location and ease of parking.

The location was great! Room was decent but the bathroom was nasty and the pool was disgusting. After housekeeping finished, our room smelled like weed! I complained to the front desk but all they said was sorry. We checked out early and booked elsewhere.

The hotel staff called me from a personal cell phone to confirm my booking well in advance of my arrival time to check in based on the booking. They then did not answer the phone when I returned the call, therefore leaving a printout of my booking and handwrote cancelled on my booking that was confirmed with the expedia app. I arrived and they cancelled my booking, took 15 mins before someone came in to check us in, and then charged us more for a last room they had as they gave our booked room away. I filed a complaint through the app saturday evening after arriving at hotel. there were bugs all in the room and no one could be reached in the lobby as they were not in the office.

The room was not what to be expected. Rust, bugs in bed, dirty sheets, old dresser, outlets didn’t work, phone in room didn’t work, no iron or ironing board. Mirror was on side on refrigerator on the wall but couldn’t look in mirror cause you couldn’t move refrigerator to get to it. Mold on ceiling. Ice machine was broke

Great value for a budget!

This Hotel was great! The room was clean, and the beds were comfoi will dock a point due to the washer and dryer. tried to dry a load of beach towels through 2 cycles still not dry. We were able to go to the laundry lounge down the street. Which was great btw ..but that could be an inconvenience for a couple with small children.. The room was big and spaciious with 3 queen beds, including room b"" full size fridge
