Welcome to Mai Tai'd, a remarkable Gulf Shores vacation home located directly on the beach. Professionally managed by Kaiser Vacation Rentals, Mai Tai'd welcomes you with modernly designed interiors and panoramic views of the Gulf of Mexico.

Offering four (4) bedrooms and three (3) bathrooms, this Gulf Shores vacation home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests. Mai Tai'd features include a fully appointed kitchen and ample seating to accommodate the whole family. With eight chairs at the dining room table and four seats at the bar, this Gulf Shores vacation home is perfect for getting the whole family together to enjoy a hot meal.

Plus, with family time at the top of mind, Mai Tai'd includes two (2) gulf-front decks, allowing the family to capture any beachy mood of the Gulf waters, including frequent dolphin visits. Mai Tai'd also offers a private boardwalk, an easily accessed amenity to make your beach walk a breeze.

Upon entry to the main floor of Mai Tai'd, guests are greeted by sweeping views of the Gulf through the virtual wall of windows illuminating the open-concept kitchen, dining room, and living room with natural light. Out on the main, covered deck, you will find various seating options and access to the private boardwalk to the beach.

Downstairs to the left, you will find a bunk room, a king bedroom complete with a newly renovated ensuite bathroom, and another hallway bathroom. The downstairs hallway is also home to the laundry room with a brand-new washer and dryer. At the top of the stairs, a twin bed with a twin trundle is built into an open-air loft area. Upstairs includes a gulf-facing king bedroom with a private deck, another king-appointed bedroom, and a shared bathroom between them.

Guests under 25 years old must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 25 for the entirety of their stay. Pets are, unfortunately, not welcome. RVs and motor homes are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited. Kaiser Vacation Rentals practices †Enhanced Cleaning protocol, which includes a complete linen turn-over after every guest. Wow, this property was fantastic! Great location,beautiful beach views, comfortable beds. We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was just as pictured. The beach was perfect, no crowds. Everything was clean. If I had to nitpick it would be nice to have a few basics like sugar, a couple basic spices, maybe a few pods for the coffee maker. But nothing we couldn't manage with a trip to the store. Just be aware you will need to bring everything you need. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

10/10 for location and view. You are directly on the beach with a boardwalk directly to the ocean (definitely needed for sand) then outdoor shower was a must and so thankful it was there. The view and the location made it all worth it. Here’s the thing… for the amount of money they likely need a new PM because it was definitely experience some hard wear. Lights didn’t work, paint chopping off walls or peeling entirely, we saw a cockroach (yikes - but they immediately sent exterminator) the knob on the stove didn’t work. Again, tho the price is worth being on the beach with all the amenities listed. Just need to go in there and really tidy up

Check in was very easy once I received the information I needed. I was alittle uneasy receiving my property access information right up to the 4pm check in time. In my past experiences over the years, I’ve had that information before I even set out on my 8 hour drive. The home was very nice. Somewhat smaller than it appears in the photos but described very accurately. Has alot of light filtering into the bedrooms at night from neighboring houses. Curtains would have been a great option. Curtains may also help cool the main living room as well. With the hot temperatures, it was difficult to cool the living room, dining area and kitchen. Bedrooms very very cool at all times. Loved having a covered deck and a private boardwalk to the beach. The only downfall to the trip, and was at no fault of the owner, was the state of Alabama scheduled to dredge the neighboring lagoon and set up the pipe and equipment directly in front of the rental’s beach area. Every day from 8am to 4pm, black sand and silt was pumped into the gulf side. We had to walk about 5 to 10 houses down the beach each day to set up in order to enjoy the pretty water of the Gulf. The owner was very sympathetic to our disappointment. I am grateful for that! Traffic was never an issue getting into and out of the driveway. Restaurants are a close drive. Check out was super simple. I never received any check out procedures, but we made sure to load dishwasher, clothes washer, and take out trash.

Great stay at Mai Tai'd This is our 4th summer to visit Gulf Shores and 3rd straight in a house on the beach. 1st stay at Mai Tai'd. Until you climb over a flaming hot dune in ankle deep sand over and over again, you won't fully appreciate having a boardwalk that goes from your deck all the way to the beach. For my mom who is in her 70s, that made her trek to the beach each day SO NICE! We were there the week of the 4th and other than traffic in/out of Gulf Shores along 59, it was very pleasant. It was noticeably busier which we anticipated. We tried to eat dinner each day around 5-530 and that helped us avoid the longer wait times with a party of 9. The beach was active but not overly busy. Just a heads up, this isn't a private beach. The property managers don't say it's private, but it is worth mentioning that you want to get your spot set up on the beach by 830-9 or you may end up moving down the beach a little further from the property. We had a few folks who would walk over and put chairs/umbrellas up very early and then leave. Not a huge deal, just worth monitoring when you visit. Something else that other properties offer but aren't included here (just a heads up, not a complaint). There are no beach supplies at the house. No chairs, umbrellas, toys, etc... We have rented tents/chairs in the past and we ended up finding it much better to purchase 10x10 tents and beach chairs at the store. We had some minor maintenance needs and the managers were very attentive

Wonderful Stay

From the moment we walked into the house we were so amazed! The house, location, and the weather was just wonderful! This house had the little things that most places don't. We were even amazed with the brand new hair dryer under one of the bathroom sinks still in the box. You could tell the house had been updated and that was a plus. We will definitely check this house out for future stays!

This property is in a wonderful location far enough from the party area but close enough shopping and restaurants. The beach wasn’t over crowded. The house was beautiful and had more than enough room. The cabinets were well stocked with appliances and dishes. It was a wonderful and relaxing vacation.
