Family vacation

We had a great trip. We used the beach access and two of the phoenix pools. We ate great food and enjoyed the view. There are a lot of kitchen tools. Penny was very responsive to a small issue. Would recommend to our friends.

Condo was very nice and comfortable. View was perfect. Everything worked. There was an issue with one of the elevators during our stay, but management had it fixed within a few hours. Us and several like us were leaving our beach chairs, umbrellas, toys outside of the condos in an effort to keep the sand out. There are several alcoves on each floor where these items would fit and not be a safety risk. However, we were told we had to bring all those things inside, and so did everyone else. I just really think the condos would stay in better shape if there were better areas outside for folks to keep their beach items.

We loved our stay. It was very convenient to be right by the beach and walk down/up throughout the day. Such a beautiful location and views. Thanks for allowing us to make great family memories. I wish there was a full length broom to sweep more comfortably.

Just what we needed

We stayed for a spring break trip for four nights. Plenty of space and all we needed in the condo. The view was amazing! Location perfect! All the comforts of home. This was our first trip to the area—we would love to go back and would definitely stay here again if it’s available next year.

Wonderful fall break

We took an our family trip to Orange Beach during fall break this year. The condo was wonderful. Everything was clean and worked great. We had a great time. We will most likely make this a yearly trip and book this same unit.

Very Nice Condo

We stayed there for 12 days. We were joined the first 6 days by some of our grandkids. The wife and I spent the last 6 days by ourselves. The condo is very clean and well kept. It also is well supplied with items needed for cooking meals. Light bulbs and batteries were also there in case they were needed. The owners were great to work with and always responded quickly. Penny even text me before we arrived that there was a problem with the shower door in the second bathroom and it would be fixed the next day and it was. The condo building is in good shape and there are cleaning people working in it everyday. The location is great, close to many restaurants, grocery stores, drug stores and ice cream shops. We would rent this condo again as it and the building are well maintained. Easy access to the beach. Not to mention the owners are great to work with.

Great location to beach and restaurants

Condo was clean and comfortable. I would stay again. We had a small issue the first night but the host responded quickly. Because of “handy man” schedule the problem was not resolved but it did not interfere with our stay. Host was very apologetic.
