Great house and location!

It was a great house and location, especially to the beach access. It’s right out the front door and to the right and you’re on the beach! The pool is nice and we noticed was rare for the houses around us. It’s not heated but we still went in it. It definitely needs attention around the area because it’s overgrown. The house inside was nice and clean and the beds very comfortable! I cooked entire time we were there so the kitchen was stocked appropriately with what I expected with a rental, minus a pizza cutter. I washed everything and actually reorganized the cabinets because they were a mess, so for the next guest, you’re welcome! The WIFI sucks! The check in paperwork will lead you to try to troubleshoot and call for help but in all actuality the owner is paying for the lowest WIFI access - it’s “not the area”. We checked the speed on it. Such a nice house and appreciate the remodel that was advertised. Very clean but definitely room for improvement for the future guests. I see a house like this and I see potential! Our fav part was the front porch. The swing and the chairs were nice. It was quiet when we were there but cold. We left a day early due to the weather. I would day there again for sure though!

Perfect Location for Quiet Beach Getaway

This house was better than I expected! While not huge, it is comfortable and open and has great gulf views. The front deck is perfect any time of day or night and the private pool is a nice option when small children nap or it’s too hot on the beach. I recommend for a small family traveling with grandparents or another couple. The location is away from beach craziness but not isolated.
