Come one, come all to the always sunny and unique stay at the Tipsy Tiki. Situated in the Tiger Point Country Club neighborhood, you are located 5 min to shopping & dining, 15 min to Pensacola Beach and 20 min to downtown Pensacola.

Enjoy cozy indoor vibes and a backyard fit for any party or relaxing afternoon. Spend your day at the beach then take a refreshing dip in the pool by the fire at night. This pet friendly home includes a two-car garage & trailer parking. Walk to the first tee!!

The Space:
Our wonderful 4 bed, 2.5 bath home is yours to enjoy. Please take advantage of all 2,500 square feet! The master bedroom includes a garden bath, walk-in shower and an enormous walk-in closet. Cozy up on one of the most comfortable couches you'll ever sit on and stream your favorites on TV. The woodburning fireplace works but it typically gets pretty darn warm in Gulf Breeze so our guests rarely use it. The firepit out back is usually more enjoyable. ~~~~ The kitchen can fit three people with barstool seating and the dining table can fit an additional six spots. ~~~~ Our dedicated office allows you to get any and all work done on your time with 1 GB Wifi speed. ~~~~~ Park any vehicle on premises with our two-car garage, driveway and trailer parking. ~~~~ The backyard centers around a 16x32 ft pool accompanied by our unique Tipsy Tiki Bar. Two mini-fridges will house as many adult refreshments as you can pack. Relax by the firepit at night on Adirondack chairs or challenge your friends & family to a game of Cornhole.

**PLEASE BE MINDFUL OF QUIET HOURS**
We love a good party but the neighborhood becomes pin-drop quiet at night. Please make sure to respect our community and control your noise levels in the backyard after 10pm. The public Tiger Point Country Club is right down the road. Even if you aren't a golfer, check out The Point (bar and grill) for some amazing food and drinks!

The Neighborhood:
The Tiger Point Country Club community is as laid back as it comes. Don't be surprised to find kids playing in the street and folks driving around in golf carts playing music. You are a 10-minute walk or 2-min drive to the club house down the road.

Gulf Breeze is one of the most sought after locations on the Florida Panhandle. White sand beaches, emerald green waters and downtown shopping are all within 20 minutes of our home. Walmart, thrift shopping and delicious takeout options are right outside our housing community.

You're 20 min from Navarre Beach and 30 minutes to the airport. Come enjoy all of what the Pensacola area has to offer!

Getting Around:
Simply hop off route 98 and into our Tiger Point Country Club community. The garage houses two cars and there is also driveway parking. Trailer parking can be found on the side yard through the double doors on Calcutta Drive. Please note - there is no street parking.

Other Things to Note:
Pets are welcome. Please be courteous and pick up after your fur child. The home is equipped with beach towels, beach chairs and a rolling ice chest. If you're bringing the kids, we have a Pack 'n Play crib in the smaller bedroom off of the garage.
