Nice boutique hotel

Well presented and maintained smallish hotel with massive teak furniture all around. Rooms clean and comfortable. Near Hirugano Kogen ski park (although not a walking distance if carrying skis and gear) is a bit off the tracks. After a day in the ski fields, spa at level 5 is a great way to end the day. Japanese style dinner, included in the price is an 8-course meal that will stuff you well. Japanese breakfast is as if intended to keep you full until dinner. The restaurant is with chairs and tables, not tatami and floor sitting. I would stay there any time if I need to be in the area, even if it takes 30 minutes to get where I go. That is important, there are 4 near adjacent snow parks in the area (Hirugano, Takasu, Dynaland, Washigatake), unless you are right on the field (as Rainbow hotel in the Washigatake snow park) you would have to drive anyway. Staying in this hotel would probably be a viable option you would not regret to use.

Nice stop

Very nice stay at hotel. I am on a full week motorcycle trip in Japan mountains and this was a great stop. After 8 hours in saddle the onsen was perfect. Food was excellent, breakfast really stood out. The dining area was really nice and with a view. Hotel is clean and although not very crowded, staff was attentive and helpful. I do not speak japanease but that was not an issue. Parking plentiful, wifi was good. Great stop in area of Japan Inhad not been too.

Nice Hotel off the beaten path for tourist.

The staff is very friendly and could not have been more accomodating. Within driving distance of Gokayama and Shirakawa-go.

立派なホテルだがサービス面がー

メンバーズホテルだけあって、部屋や風呂、ロビーの作りはゆったりとしていて良かった。ただ、スキーで行ったのに、乾燥室がただの保管庫だったり、ロビーに立派な暖炉があるのに、火入れしてなかったり、大雪で雪まみれになっているのにフロントでタオルも用意してなかったりと、もう少し配慮があれば、素晴らしいホテルになると思う。

Good place to enjoy your vacation

The hotel close to one of the the ski facilities and just 10mins driving. The sky spa is clean and i've enjoyed my moment when staying in this hotel. The food is also good. I will come again when i have time.

静かで落ち着けるホテル

会員制度のホテルのためか、宿泊人数が少ない割には施設が充実していた。お風呂やロビーなどゆったりできた。夕食はコース料理だったがけっこう豪勢な食材を使っていた。ただ、私たちにはもっとシンプルな料理のほうがよかったような気がする。
