"The hotel was clean and comfortable and staff were friendly and helpful. Room 23 was spacious with a high ceiling and an enormous bathroom. There were large windows but no view due to the location of the room, this didn’t detract too much from the ambience though."

"I thought that the spa offering was both unique and a nice vip offering. I said no to the offering prior as I did not get an up graded room. I did request a different room because of the steps and we had told them before that we could not lug the luggage up more steps. They did move us to an end ..."
