Check-in and check-out time:- Check-in: from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Check-in before or after established hours, check prices (upon acceptance by the establishment).- Check-out: until 10 am. Departures after hours with prior acceptance by the establishment.

- Bed linen, towels and beach towels service included in the price.
- Electricity, water and gas consumption included with responsible consumption.
House's rules:
- Groups of young people under 27 years of age are not admitted.- Don't be too noisy to respect the other neighbors. Especially from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m., since it is totally prohibited to speak loudly, make noise...- It is prohibited for anyone who is not on the reservation to sleep or use the apartment.- Parties are totally prohibited.- Please, smoking is only allowed on the terrace, not inside the house.- If you lose the keys: €50- Before departure, wash the dishes, take out the trash and keep the house tidy.- Candles or any other type of objects that could cause a fire should not be left in the home.- The white towels provided are for the shower, they are not beach towels or for cleaning shoes..., so please do not use them for that.
