Tout était impeccable! Nous avions une chambre supérieure avec un très grand lit. C’était vraiment extra! Le petit déjeuner du matin était aussi complet et très bon. Si nous demandons, ils peuvent nous faire des œufs comme nous le désirons sinon, au buffet, il y a tout ce qu’il faut. De plus, tout est à la distance de marche pour les restos et plus! Great hotel. Well maintained. Staff was friendly. Rooftop bar for a night cap after walking around was perfect. Lots of restaurants around. Walking distance to main attractions. Right across from a shopping mall. My only issue is parking is 200 meters at a public parking lot. Not a big deal but reveling with kids (toddler), strollers and luggages, makes it a little tough. Overall, great stay.

Very nice hotel. Two night stay. The rooms and beds were comfortable and well appointed. The staff (especially the hostess and the breakfast) were very friendly and helpful. We travelled with a 12 and 8 year old the room was good size. We felt there was sufficient room. We would recommend this hotel based on comfort cleanliness and walkability.

The staff was great, the location is excellent. The rooms varied a lot, such that we had to upgrade from a “superior” room that had almost no natural light and barely enough room for the bed. The room we upgraded to (a family room) was much better. The gym is passable, but not great and the pool is smaller than it appears in photos. Overall, a very good hotel with accommodating and helpful staff who take good care to keep the place clean and neat. It’s also very central

Comfy beds and really nice hotel room. Not right inside the historic section, but really close, a nice walk to get there. Really enjoyed seeing Granada and this was a good home base, especially the AC and the quiet.
