The room was terrible. Everything in it was old, and not very well taken care of... I made a reservation @The Biltmore the very next morning... I'd like to get a refund...

I was very dissatisfied and disappointed with it. The photos they have on the website are nothing like reality. Everything is old, the lamps were barely working and there were more switches than actual lights for some reason! They removed the locks on the front door which makes you feel super unsafe. From the outside it looks like it has a bolt.. its just a facade! Its been removed!! The doorknob is the only thing keeping anyone from entering and the lock on it worked weird! It turned regardless from the inside! Only if you try it from the outside you can check if its actually locked or not! And when discussed with the front desk, his reason was “sorry some rooms are like that” like.. WHAT?! The parking lot has water damage and it smells like mold.. unfortunately it was not a good experience for me

Who ever answer the call speaker at the entrance if the garage door was so damm rude wouldn't let me in and the was a crazy traffic i had just made the reservation and still did not let me eve even tho i offered my ID and told him just let me in to turn aroun face ou to merge into the street easily and was so tood and did not let me inn i dont recoment it

The kitchenette does not work.

The booking picture shows a complete kitchenette with microwave toaster stove and fridge, however there no microwave and the toaster hardly works and is is on really bad shape. There are no cooking or eating utensils therefore of you book this property thinking you will have the ability to cook something bring your own or book elsewhere. BTW. People that takes care of the property are GREAT employees, make you feel welcome.

Over all property was in good condition. I was not expecting to be an appartment. You get a full kitchen living room and dinning room. Good location. It is close to an airport and off the main street so it was getting a little noisy. Price was great and it is close to everything. They have 24h desk service. Overall I would recomend staying there.
