Apartamento muito bom e próximo a tudo

O apartamento é ótimo, perto da praia, mercado, restaurantes. Único porém é que o prédio está em obra e o proprietário não avisou. Tínhamos que limpar o ap inteiro todo dia por conta do pó. Além de que tenho filho pequeno, é pra ele tirar a soneca a tarde foi difícil por conta do barulho, pois a obra era muito perto do nosso apartamento. O proprietário é muito solícito, deixou fazermos o check in mais cedo e check out mais tarde. Tirando essa questão da obra no prédio, recomendo demais. Pretendemos retornar futuramente quando não estiver em obras.

Bom custo benefício.

Local limpo e organizado composto com bastante utensílio de casa. Atendeu todos os requisitos informado, menos guarda sol e cadeiras de praia, onde foi solicitado na portaria por 3 vezes uma as 8h30 da manhã, outra as 9h00 e por último as 11h00, segundo portaria precisava uma pessoa retirar e levar na praia por mim, porém demorou muito a ser atendido optei por alugar na praia o que não desabona o restante da estadia. Pontos positivos: Apartamento bem localizado muito próximo a praia, mercados, farmácia e bares com facil deslocamento a pé Ponto negativo: Não possuir estacionamento (é informado no anúncio);

Passamos oito dias em família em oito pessoas, localização excelente, pois fica a cinquenta passos da areia da praia além de ficar próximo de padaria, mercado, barzinhos etc. O proprietário atencioso atendeu todas nossas dúvidas, esperamos voltar assim que possível.

Localização e praia perfeitas, porém...

Ficou acordado que o imóvel estaria disponível a partir das 16:00, porém isso não aconteceu. Fomos liberados para entrar às 18:30. O imóvel não recebeu a higienização adequada, estando os banheiro mau cheirosos e o chão do apto seboso. Sugiro que dê mais importância na limpeza de uma forma geral e honrar com os horários de entrada, pois a viagem foi longa e cansativa.

É um bom apartamento, para uma hospedagem de curta duração é excelente. Ñ tem garagem, então deixa na rua ou em algum estacionamento. O proprietário Fernando foi solicito em td, rápido nas respostas. Apesar do gás ter acabado e ficamos um dia sem, no demais foi td bom. Recomendo, ótima localização.
