Bom custo-benefício

Equipe prestativa. Hotel bonito em estilo modernista, fiquei curioso para saber quem fez o projeto. Em frente à praia. A piscina precisa de uma reforma para ficar mais convidativa, mas estando na praia não pensei em ir na piscina. Nosso quarto era limpo, ar condicionado limpo, sem cheiro de mofo como as vezes acontece no litoral. Bom custo benefício!

O ventilador esta totalmente empoeirado e fomos usar os cobertores que estavam lá devido estar meio frio pela noite e eram mantas até aí tudo bem, porém estavam fedidas cheiro de que ha muito tempo não eram lavados. No café da manhã tinha uma fila devido não ser ao modo self service e sim uma mulher servindo com o que você falasse que queria lá, ocasionando demora gastamos muito tempo na fila pra tomar café.

decepção

a atendente teve dificuldade em fazer o checkin, não conseguia copiar os documentos na impressora , pedimos o quarto com varanda , não foi atendido . no quarto o frigobar não funcionava , pedi gelo não tinha . trocaram de quarto pará um que o frigobar funciona. a piscina estava imunda, água verde . a tv do quarto era minúscula , quase do tamanho de um tablete , ambiente antigo , sem reforma . não recomendo a ninguém.

Vizinhos muito barulhentos (até as 4h da manhã)

Gosto de ir na baixa temporada, para ter paz e sossego. Porém me deram um quarto que ficou do lado de uma casa vizinha que aluga para um pessoal que fez barulho com musica alta e cantoria até quase 4 horas da madrugada, impossibilitando de dormirmos. Solicitei a troca do quarto, e a repecionista disse que tinha quarto da frente disponível mas que eu teria que pagar mais de 500 reais para 2 noites. Ou seja, tinham a opção de solucionar o problema e agradar o hóspede, mas optaram optaram em olhar apenas pelo financeiro. Avisei que ia postar a reclamação e a funcionária disse que poderia postar, que barulhos dos vizinhos não é problema deles.
